I have major anxiety when it comes to dentist appointments but between our consultation and the root canal I can say that he was very professional, kind and communicated very well. I really appreciate his professionalism as well as his dental assistant. She was also lovely. Thank you both for taking such good care of me.
I was dreading my gum biopsy appointment and Dr. Shackleton made it go a lot smoother then expected. His caring and consideration towards my anxiety was super professional yet very comforting and appreciated. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Thank you

I highly recommend Dr. Shackleton as he has helped me immensely in managing my severe pain with TMJ. If you are dealing with a similar issue, I highly advise a referral to see him so you can become one of his patients. He is very friendly, caring and considerate and takes the time to listen to all of your problems and find the right solutions individually catered to each patient.
I’ve had quite a lot of dental work done, Dr Shakelton was great! As gentle as he could’ve been and my jaw wasn’t as sore from freezing after seeing him as it was with others. He was honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed to genuinely care. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a root canal.

The staff also took the time to go over the follow-up care. Dr. Shackleton even phoned to check in the next day, really highlighting that he goes above and beyond for his patients. He is also extremely knowledgeable and keeps up on recent research in his field in order to offer you the best care. I have had nothing but great experiences in my subsequent visits to his office. Highly recommend!
