Wonderful orthodontist and team. My twin boy and girl have been going for years. Staff are super friendly and Dr Sam and Hoffman are great! They tailored each kiddos ortho plans to meet each needs. Much appreciated!

Went for a free consultation at this office as well as a few other orthodontist offices. The Orthodontic Centre at Northland was absolutely the worse experience. The consultation was unprofessional and now their staff won't stop contacting me for an "update". While other clinics used imaging and computer technology to analyze my teeth / jaw, this clinic used a manual measuring device. Other clinics took pictures and prepared detailed treatment plans and quotes, this clinic hand wrote a few lines on a piece of paper. This clinic was running very behind at my appointment and kept me waiting for a long time, made even worse as the orthodontist left the room mid appointment for 30 minutes. I find that shocking for a first visit where they are trying to earn your business. Other clinics were genuine in the "call us if / when you are ready to proceed", this clinic is the only one that has continued to bother me months later. I will absolutely not be using their orthodontics services due to their lack of professionalism.
We were referred here by Dr. Barsky for our son. He had an issue with space lost due to molar that had to come out early. Dr. Sam explained the available options which let me make an educated decision with no pressure. Very happy with the appliance that we got for our son and we are seeing good progress on our followup visits. The staff is extremely friendly and polite.
This orthotic clinic does amazing work. My previous orthodontist place had went bankrupt before my treatment had been completed, leaving me with my paid for braces. Luckily this place had helped me through my treatment for free! VERY friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend to come here.
