Dentist Dr. Sami Kowalko was so personable and straight to the point. She gave me options and explained briefly the treatment and associated expenses. I felt reassured that she is prioritizing the biggest dental issues I have rather than getting everything done just because there is an insurance covering it.
Dental hygienist Evenlyn was so thorough, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Main bonus point is how the entire clinic made my 5 year old son who is tagging along with me felt at ease in the clinic too.
Never know that anticipating your next dental visit can be so thrilling. With Citizen Dental of course.
I have been going to this clinic for years ( at least 7) after it being recommended by a friend for the karma program. At that time, I did not have benefits and the staff and owner were so friendly and helpful. Over the years the office has become less inviting and the prices have really increased ( I now have benefits). Even so, I always received great services, especially from the dentist team. Today at my cleaning appointment, the receptionist was quite rude (I was late due to construction 10 minutes) and the hygienist, Elizabet, I saw was terrible. Rushed through the cleaning with barely a polish and no bed side manner at all. My dentist was great as usual but with the prices increased so much I will not be booking for my follow up work.
I went in there to staff was great. Everybody was very nice. I deal with high anxiety very accommodating with my anxiety and I got all my appointments done within three days. I love this place. Definitely would go back.
I received the very best cleaning that I have ever had, no exaggeration. I have been a client of three other dental offices over the years and by far today was the best service for the money. April did an amazing job! Super professional and informative. Very happy client here, I will be back.
I have had a really hard time finding a dentist that is kind, gentle and patient with me. I have had so many traumatic experiences with dentists starting from childhood onward. This is my second year in a row that I've been to Citizen and I will never go anywhere else. Hannah is SO patient and good to me. She freezes me up before my appointments and always checks on me. I love that she lets me know everything she's about to do. Ana (Dentist) is so quick and thorough as well. She explains everything as she sees it and is honest about her concerns.
