Not recommended. The communication skill from the front desk staff (Thao, Brenda) is poor. They never accepted their mistakes. One week ago I called the office and requested a few questions that they said they would check with Dr. Robertson's team and would get back to me the next day. They never followed up and would not accept it as their mistake.
If I am spending money, I would rather go somewhere who value their clients and provides good customer service with better communication skill. I just called my dentist's office for a referral with another specialist's office, so that my all teeth can be extracted somewhere else. I, however, wish this company well and hope that their staffs learn to accept their mistakes. Good luck!
The staff is very friendly and attentive. I had two oral surgery and each to my satisfaction. They explained the procedures clearly and I can call the office for follow up at any time. Dr. Kevin Robertson is very professional and highly efficient. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends.
Quarry Park Dental referred me here because i had a full blown panic attack before a scheduled tooth extraction. The whole staff at Foundation was great and knowledgable starting at the Front desk with Corry to the dental assistants to Dr. Robertson.
I had 1 wisdom tooth removed along with an abscessed. I was feeling pretty nervous until the IV sedation then i woke up with them gone. The bleeding was light and stopped after a few hours. Over 24 hours later and i still have no swelling and no pain.
I also received a follow up call the next day after surgery checking up on me.
I would recommend Foundation Oral Surgery based on the work itself, the well informed staff, and the friendly personalities. I will be going back for future dental work.
As a retired nurse, i am most appreciative of the fantastic care and professionalism by everyone at this clinic. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses/ assistants made me feel comfortable and cared for in a clean, therapeutic atmosphere. I would highly recommend this wonderful clinic with the highly skilled and caring attitude of everyone on Dr Robertson’s staff as well as himself. He gave thorough explanations (as did everyone) about what to expect which greatly accomplishes reassurance and dissipates any anxiety that a patient might have. Also his anaesthetist, Dr Mann who delivered the general anaesthetic was truly wonderful as well. For a patient who is apprehensive in undergoing complex oral surgery as I have had done, all of this is deeply appreciated. Thank you so much to all of you!!
