While I appreciate the professionalism of the orthodontists, I have concerns regarding their communication methods. We typically receive monthly appointment reminders via text message and email. However, we did not receive any such notifications for our February appointments, which we subsequently missed. Despite this, our payment was processed as usual.
I contacted the reception this morning and was informed by the receptionist that the text messages had failed to send. I believe it would be beneficial for the practice to have a more reliable system in place, or at the very least they should call us or leave us voice message if text message failed.
Been going here for a few years, Dr. Lee-knight is very knowledgeable and understanding, while his whole team is professional and accommodating. The whole atmosphere of the office is fun and enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend coming here.
Dr. Lee-Knight's office is professional and friendly. The initial assessment and subsequent treatment plans for my son were carefully explained, and I have always appreciated the recall appintments so we know everything is on track. Highly recommend!
My two daughters were patients of Dr. Lee Knight. Dr. Lee Knight was always very professional and personal during each visit. He and his staff worked very hard to make my daughters, who initially were nervous patients, feel comfortable. Dr. Lee Knight also took the time to make sure we were comfortable with the overall treatment plan and provided monthly payment options. Two more points stand out for me: 1.) We actually got to see Dr. Lee Knight at every visit, and 2.) Our appointments were almost always on time which is a testament to the hard working staff.
Dr Lee Knight handled my second set of braces as I wasn’t happy with the results from my first set. He did an amazing job I couldn’t be happier with my smile. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. His staff is really friendly and plesent to be around. I will recommend him time and time again.
