This was my daughters second time wearing braces as the first attempt did not address a cross bite. Her dentist from Tooth Works referred my daughter to Dr. Boutin Dr Boutin and team were very clear on a path forward and desired outcomes. As well, conscious of the fact we had already invested on our first attempt with another orthodontist. There kindness towards my daughter was amazing. The professionalism of everyone from the front staff to the dental team was so appreciated. The celebration they gave my daughter on her last appointment was so much fun along with the goodies. Dr. Boutin and his entire office are outstanding! I would highly recommend his office to anyone who is looking for top-notch care and results. They were meticulous in their explanations, rendering of their treatments and very straight forward to deal with. It was a fantastic experience. If shopping around please ask about their after-care programs. Dr. Boutin's office has explained their after-care process clearly and I look forward to keeping my beautiful new smile. Dr Boutin has an amazing practice. Everyone you deal with has an excellent level of professionalism. I know Brenda and Shawn will always be helpful when I call in and every single dental assistant who has worked on Henry has been fantastic. Dr. Boutin has such a great manner with the kids and he explains things so well before and during treatment. Both my kids age 9 and 16 have had no reservations or complaints about going to their appointments. Fantastic ortho practice.

In total, I had 2 daughters receive their Braces from Dr. Boutin and I’m happy to say the service, quality, cost, and certainly the end result are all 5 Stars! With both daughters, the cost was laid out up front and did not change. They had no problem splitting the monthly payment between 2 Credit Cards, and I always had the receipt arrive in my Inbox the day the payment was made. I was welcome to sit in on all appointments and ask all the questions I wanted. Every step was explained thoroughly, time frames were laid out in advance, and I always found the office to be welcoming and friendly. Most importantly, both my daughters teeth are now absolutely perfect! My first daughters mouth was horrendous, my 2nd daughters mouth not as bad, but now they both have perfectly straight teeth with proper bites for the rest of their lives. I have no regrets or complaints and I would highly recommend Dr. Boutin and his team for all your Orthodontic needs!

Dr. Boutin and staff are all exceptional. As an "almost" senior starting braces in fall 2020, I especially appreciated their Covid safety. Now that the braces are off, I'm thrilled with the results.
