Our daughter (Grade 4) just completed her treatment plan with Dr. Lo, and the experience we had working with Shine Orthodontics has been truly fantastic! From the "front of house" administration team, to the "back of house" hygienist team (plus, Dr. Lo herself!), we felt very informed and completely at ease, from day one. Everyone at the clinic is highly professional, knowledgeable, and actively cares about the patients who come through. The waiting area is also very clean, with lots to occupy oneself with; especially for kids to check out Lego displays or watch a film as they wait. We also especially appreciate the set up within the examination area, as parents/guardians can sit comfortably near their kids as treatments are going on. We highly recommend Dr. Lo for anyone seeking excellent, attentive care for their child! Thank you!

Our family had a very positive experience at Shine Orthodontics. Dr. Lo and her staff were always supportive and pleasant. Communication regarding steps going forward was very clear, and Dr. Lo was willing to take the time to answer all of our questions. We are very happy with our sons results!
The total time was a little longer than initially expected (2.5 years instead of 2 years) but the end result was worth it. The entire staff team, from front to back, were very supportive and understanding of my extreme anxiety. They never shamed me or made me feel bad about needing breaks or crying. They would walk through exactly what they were going to do, to help reduce my stress. Really made the whole experience so much better and I'm super grateful for how understanding everyone was. Braces in general just suck but Shine Orthodontics made it worthwhile, even as an adult.
