I have been a patient of Dr. Martin for almost a year and she has done more for me health wise in this first year than I’ve had done in the last three. She has been on top of my health issues and made sure that my health is a priority. She doesn’t mind answering your questions and does research with you when looking for the right person to send you to/for with your speciality care. I will say I have never had a doctor that took the time to listen to me. While I’m there, I know I’m getting the best of the best when it comes to my health care. You don’t feel like a number, a dollar bill or your issues are not real. She listens to you and works with you. I would absolutely recommend her for your healthcare. I also have to mention her staff. Always pleasant, respond to your calls, always smiling and hard working. I truly appreciate all the referrals that Katie had to work on after my first appointment to fix them. If I needed anything from her or the staff, they always do the best they can to help you. Thank you!!

Katherine Martin, DO needs, seriously NEEDS to retire. She has clearly lost it. My child and I came for our first time appointments and waited 30 minutes for my child to be seen, which by then was my appointment time. During the first appt this provider did absolutely nothing except talk about COVID and the new vaccine that is coming out and that we should get it. Lots of statistics and rantings. I explained that I was due after my child and this lady kept looking down at her computer saying I needed to check in with Katie. I did that 45 minutes ago. She sent me back to the waiting room and by that point I just could not any longer. I asked for my co-pay back and left. Front desk also took our blood pressures and and such, yet she is not certified to do so. She was very nice though, so no real complaint on the front desk.

She has the worst bed side manner ever. I’m Her EX FRONT DESK. She talks about her patients once they leave. She forgets to refill prescriptions, even when patients have blood pressure issues. The office manager Cindy takes patients paperwork home with her. She is breaking HIPAA violations. I also have proof of that. Dr. Martin forgets a lot of things being that she does smoke marijuana. She does not watch her hands in between patients especially after an annual GYN appointment. She does not wash her hands after using the bathroom. I have lots more. Lmao adding photos. I don’t even want to give her one star.

From my very first visit, I could tell that Dr. Martin and her staff truly care about the well-being of their patients. The reasonable wait-time is matched by how much one-on-one time Dr. Martin puts in. She made sure to address each of my questions and gave me some truly life-saving advice that I followed. Her straightforward and personal approach to medicine makes my visits as painless as possible!

Shortly after my traumatic brain injury in August 2014, I chose Dr. Katherine Martin and her staff to meet my medical needs. I have not regretted my decision.Cindy, the office manager is the consummate multi-tasker. She is always professional, courteous, and efficient. I have never seen her get fazed by anything.The aids and temps who come are always courteous and efficient. I always am very comfortable with them.Dr. Martin is both professional and knowledgeable. She definitely has a sharp head on her shoulders. She too is kind but firm. When I do what she is asking of me she always says "Very good!" When I fail to do what is asked of me she rebukes me, but not harshly.The one thing that Dr. Martin and her staff are with me is patient. They know me and accept me the way I am. I am very grateful for their care. It really makes me feel special.At this particular moment, it has been 8 years since choosing Dr. Martin. She has been consistent with me. I will remain consistent with her.
