Would give zero stars if I could, we had a scheduled appointment, we took a half a day off from work to take my son for a stress test thats located 45 minutes away from our home, we arrived to the appointment 15min early the day of the scheduled appointment and was told by the snotty receptionist that they called to confirm the day (yesterday afternoon) before and got no answer so they cancelled it that this is office procedure, I argued that this was scheduled for this day at this time and was confirmed when the appointment was originally booked that's why it's called a scheduled appointment, I also advised that we come from 45min away and you cancelled it she said yes but I can reschedule at later date which will be a while away, I said no he is here for our appointment now this is wrong what your doing which did no good at all with this receptionist, so I would highly recommend to stay away from this unprofessional joke of a medical center for Cardiac Arrest patients, they almost give you a heart attack with the disgusting treatment they give you.... also funny reading the reviews the only ones they respond on are the good reviews they hide away from the issue reviews...pathetic đź—‘

Very pleased and grateful to the staff and Dr. Pandy for their kindness and care. Their treatment, encouragement and education on preventative measures have been amazing and we appreciate the time they devoted us.

This review is regarding several negative experiences I have had myself at this clinic, as well as some negative experiences my family has had as well. As per a previous comment from Natasha, our experiences have been very similar with the front end and their booking system. This clinic has a policy where they require a verbal confirmation for appointments, otherwise they will cancel your appointment without notice and without informing you of it. Their communication system is horrible. I had an appointment in August booked in advance in which I had to take a day off work to attend. They called to confirm one day before the appointment and due to my conflicting work hours, I missed their call. I called back several times throughout the day to confirm and was unable to reach anyone at their front desk (at the time voicebox was also full as they have not checked their voicemails, so there was no way to get in touch with anyone to confirm my appointment), and although I arrived on time for my appt the following day, it wasn’t until I got there that they informed me they cancelled it. They did not call me to let me know and as a result I had booked a day off work for nothing. I had to wait another 2 weeks for it to be rescheduled. The front desk is extremely inconsiderate and not helpful at all. Some more negative experiences i’m leaving here are in regards to several family members who have attended this clinic. A family member of mine was called in advance to confirm his appointment in which he did, to confirm he will be there 15 minutes and on time. The office called 30 minutes before his appointment to push it back at a later time. He had already arrived early as per their policy and due to their poor scheduling, had his original appt delayed a total of 45 minutes for them to fit someone else in. I understand that the health care industry is backed up, however for them to require verbal confirmation in order for them to NOT to cancel your appointment, and then for it to be moved only for their convenience, is a very bad look on the service they are providing.Another experience regarding my mother was a referral that was made to this clinic. They had called to complete the referral and due to missing info we were to call back asap to provide some information. They called on a Friday at 3pm with less than a few hours for us to get them back the info. Upon calling them 2 business days later, after leaving several voicemails, they got back to me to say that it was an incomplete referral and that they “don’t know where the referral came from”. Again, very poor communication as how could they receive a referral and not know which doctor it came from? They redirected me back 5 times to see my family doctor who fortunately could provide me with some information that the referral was made by a separate doctor in Toronto. My family clinic was able to provide more information than this clinic, who were the ones to originally contact me about this referral. The redirection and lack of communication has made me lose all trust in this clinic and their policies need to be revised. Front end also has to be diligent in checking their voicemails if they require verbal confirmation, and do not pick up the phone. On a separate note, Dr. Panday and the nurses and technicians are wonderful. Despite the poor booking system and horrible front end service, Dr. Panday and the rest of his team are very caring, helpful and have been great to work with. Just very disappointed with the front end’s service.

Dr. Pandey and his kind, caring staff have helped me through a very difficult time and guided me in how to do my best to feel so much better. The meds and their guidance have made a huge difference. It's comforting to know they are there if I need them. Thank you Dr. Pandey, Victoria, Chantelle, Chris and Ian. Sincerely, Neila

Dr. Pandy and his team are all very friendly and make the experience more comfortable. He doesn't miss a beat when it comes to your heart. Litteraly, he takes every precaution imaginable when doing any tests. I would definitely put my life in his hands.
