I highly rate this office! All the doctors and nurses treated us wonderfully. The doctor set down with my 6 year old son and explained the process with him for all the tests he will have to go through. The doctor didn't rush and he explained the process in away he would understand it at such a young age. I appreciate the way everyone in this office treated us!

They are fantastic people! Everyone is so nice and welcoming! They were great with my 5 year old child. Made him feel comfortable and less scared for his allergy test. Even tho this momma was a nervous wreck lol they really helped ease it all! Thanks so much again!!

This was the single best medical experience I’ve ever had in my life. From the time I walked into the office I was treated with patience and kindness. The nurse who administered my breathing tests (I didn’t catch his name!) provided clear instructions, but also chatted with me the entire time to keep me comfortable. Stephanie Wallace was kind and answered all my many questions, and Dr. Coyle took time to chat with me and made me feel fully confident in my treatment plan moving forward.I want to give a special shout out to the nurse who did my allergy testing, Debbie. I told her how anxious I was and she kept me calm the entire time, offered me water (cold or room temp, my choice!), brought me a little prize even though I’m an adult, and checked in on me multiple times as I waited for tests to process. Her kindness and empathy was top notch.I never felt rushed or like I was just another number to anyone at this office. I felt heard, understood, and respected. Thank you all so much for a wonderful experience and top of the line treatment for my allergies!

After 2 years of struggling with nasal polyps , the first visit to dr lotz resulted in a new medicine which did not eliminate them but helped control them. Upon the second visit , I was approved for a monthly injection which he and myself have high hopes in eliminating them without surgery as I’m a high risk surgery candidate. This office is wonderful from one end to the other. I’d give 10 stars if I could !
