One of the worst mental health clinics around. Been here a year and a half have not helped me a drop. The prescribers are always late to their appointments, they frequently cancel their appointments. They are untruthful about everything, they refuse to prescribe me meds, I go several months without treatment and when I get treatment it's ineffective. This is one of the worst mental health clinics I've ever been to. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience.
I don’t think people consider the mental health crisis going on, and that a community office like this is going to have longer wait times. But I’ve been coming here for a few months now with my child. The nurse has been nothing but sweet to us. And takes the time to answer my questions as well as follows up with concerns! The nurse practitioner dose run late sometimes (10-20 mins MAX) and is done through video chat at the office. Which is fine! Video has always been clear and I don’t understand why someone would be upset about him over explaining medications?! It should be that way! And I personally respect that, he does take a while to get into but again. It’s a community office with large case loads! Front desk staff is very friendly! And returns calls promptly! Our therapist is great and really works with our family! And once the ball gets rolling which is going to take time appointments and visits get better. This office looks newly updated and clean from what I’ve seen thus far!
Joseph is constantly late, over 20-30 minutes late and he'll only spend 10 minutes with you and with that time he'll over explain something to you as if you cannot comprehend him. Then proceeds to tell you he's not a fan of writing prescriptions. That's your JOB!!!
The "nurse" is snooty and disrespectful I have witnessed her mistreat multiple people and fails to do her job effectively
The front desk has an attitude. Workers are genuinely unprofessional. The floor and bathroom are constantly dirty. You do not feel cared for whatsoever when you come here. They will screw you up more than help. CMH used to be great. It has really run down at this office. I know multiple people who just switched care because of how poor the office is being run there is NEVER any openings for anybody, they will let patients go without care!!!
I've been seeing Dr. Joseph Ojibway since August 11, 2022 and the guy has been excessively tardy to every appointment I've ever had with him. He's 35 minutes late, he's 23 minutes late, he's 17 minutes late, etc, etc. He cancelled my October 27, 2022 appointment for a family emergency supposedly. So I guess he puts his family before his mentally ill patients. The Capac mental health office will only give you 23 minutes to answer the phone for a cancellation before they give it to someone else. They also have a tendency to mess up patient appointments.
Dr. Faust doesn't listen or care his license should be removed he should never be allowed to speak to people. He is a very condescending person who has no idea how to talk to peaple
