Everyone at the True Health Cassleberry has been amazing for the EXCEPTION of the dentist Dr. Joseph Louis Hacksti he will refuse you care that is scheduled if you ask him a question about the service being done. Very very unprofessional and rude. Do not see him as your dentist. Everyone else treats you with proper care and respect at this location.
I am currently 7 months pregnant and was initially nervous about switching providers so late into my pregnancy. However, my experience with True Health has been nothing short of amazing! The entire staff was not only thorough and professional but also incredibly caring. They truly took the time to learn about my needs and concerns, which helped ease my reservations about changing providers.The sonogram nurse was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make our visit special and memorable. We even received 4D images of our baby and a cute souvenir keychain! The facilities were spotless, and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of care and service provided by everyone on staff.Special shoutout to Reshma, who took the time to explain everything in detail, making my husband and me feel comfortable as first-time parents. I am so happy I chose this location, and I highly recommend True Health for anyone seeking compassionate, high-quality prenatal care!
Review for Dr. Joseph Louis Hackstie, DentistIn June of this year I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Joseph Louis Hackstie for a dental appointment, and I truly can't say enough good things about him. As someone who suffers from claustrophobia and anxiety, dental visits have always been a source of stress for me. However, Dr. Hackstie's patient and compassionate approach has made a world of difference.From the moment I entered his office, I was greeted with a warm smile and a sense of calm. His staff is equally welcoming, which helped ease my nerves before the appointment even began. What stands out most about Dr. Hackstie is his genuine understanding of his patients' fears. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained each step of the process, making sure I felt comfortable and informed.Dr. Hackstie never rushes through appointments. He takes the time necessary to ensure I'm relaxed, often adjusting his schedule to accommodate my needs. I greatly appreciate his willingness to provide a more leisurely pace, which allows me to manage my anxiety without feeling pressured. It’s clear that he values the well-being of his patients above all else.Throughout the exam, Dr. Hackstie frequently checked in on how I was feeling and if I needed to take a break. This level of attentiveness helped me feel safe and secure in the dental chair, something I never thought would be possible during a dental visit.Overall, I cannot recommend Dr. Joseph Louis Hackstie highly enough. I arrived at the office 2:11 for my 2:00 appointment and was told it was canceled because I was not there at 2:10. It was heavy raining when I arrived. I was told I can wait and hopefully someone will cancel. I waited and was told that the person made it to the 2:30 appointment and I would need to wait to 3:30. At this point I requested a manager number and Alyssa would not give us her manager number and extension. I walked over to the other office and the person there placed me back on the schedule. I was not seen until 4:30.It was not my first incident with Alyssa. Two weeks prior with my mom she told me that they do not take walk ins when their website clearly stated that they do. She was very unhelpful and rude.Dr. Pascual is the best doctor and I have been seeing him for years but she makes it so hard to see him.Diana the practice manager knows who this rude receptionist is and I hope she fixes this situation soon. Until then, my family and I will refrain from going.

2 months agoThese offices are a total game changer!! 🤩 The Casselberry location blows my mind in terms of customer service. The staff is very friendly -and emanates a harmonious atmosphere for all! It is thanks to them that my health took a 180 turn for the better!I look forward to going to the DENTIST now!!! WOW *Eilany* at the Front is extraordinarily efficient, effective, detail oriented and patient. *Hollie* is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had the honor and pleasure to meet: I am now in good health because of her! 🥰 *Sarah’s sweetness and gentleness lowers my blood pressure. The amazing dentist, *Dr. Joseph H.* is very attentive and eager to educate his patients, sharing his knowledge, patiently answering questions and encouraging his patients with a true dedication and care!
