The lady at the front desk is evil-spirited and cares more about how you ask for assistance than actually giving assistance. She not only is rude and unprofessional, she mocks and laughs at the patients on the phone. I have been trying to get proper care for two weeks but they office keeps requested bloodwork results already sent, and if they aren’t sufficient still have yet to send me to get more. I have a full body illness cause severe pain and stress, even preventing me from holding a job. It would be nice if they treated people in pain kindly, professionally, and with proper care. I was genuinely enjoying my experience until I encountered the lady running the phones, and therefore the office.
My initial appointment....had a 1:30 appointment. Waited 20 minutes and was told the doctor hadn't arrived yet. They were not sure exactly when he would be there. I left.
