Rosecrance at Walnut Street in Champaign

Only added one star because I'm having no luck with staff. My issue is more with an apartment building owned by them. They don't care if the clients they put there are ready to be in the community or not. We've been having an issue with a particular client for almost 4 months and the staff person that supposed to oversee the building does not care and has not addressed the issues at all. So in turn that gives the facility a horrible name in the neighborhood

I worked on the crisis team back in 2016. Excellent experience. Great learning opportunity for anyone interested in mental health.

Should be charged with discrimination of the handicapped. Main person Ellie told thought it would be cute to tell the hospital they wasn't going to take me back in tried to give my bed away after I'd already been there.. second time just said they were not medically equipped for my needs because of my handicap.. please they just put in a ramp and they have a shower bench!! How much more equipped did you need to be for "my needs" .. she just didn't wanna deal with any of it.. didn't want to deal with the fact that I was slow but yet did everything I was asked to do while I was there including chores..shame on you ..that's ok ... karma will find you ... People here are so stupid working here. Everyone that works here sucks big time. The case manager is no help the doctors here sucks real bad so does crisis team. Very stupid. Im not recommend no one to come to this low class place. I'm starting not to trust ppl @ Rosecrance walnut st. The fox drive location is better. Way much better. The front desk ppl @ fox drive are much better. Walnut st location too many low class staffs form doctors to front desk ppl they suck too. Looking for a much better agent than this p'poor facility..They added the living room I thought they were caring ppl here are a joke. The living room that just open up people that works there are very stupid! They don't care & never listened, All I gotta say, the living room needs people that care's nothing but idiots. They all full of hype/lies, they don't care about the patients, all they care about how phat there wallets gets, DO NOT GO TO ROSECRANCE ON WALNUT ST!! This place & the staffs here sucks!! I don't get how they still n business, Wow, front desk is so duhhhhhhhhh! Looking for a better place with staffs with a little more class then these goofballs that works here. I had a case manager for a few years here he's really starting to be unreliable & very stupid. I wish there was a no star option
