I had a wonderful experience at Kremer Eye Center today! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Dr. Reena Gupta was exceptionally patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I truly appreciated her approach of asking about my situation rather than simply dictating what I needed to do. The office itself is very nice, which adds to the overall positive experience. I look forward to my continued relationship with Kremer Eye Center and highly recommend it to anyone in need of eye care!
Dr, Richman and his staff (Alyssa in my case) are top notch! They treated me with gentle care and respect. They explained every procedure ... step-by-step as we navigated through my current diagnosis and treatment options! Loved coming here and DEFINITELY RECOMMEND to anyone needing a GREAT OPHTHALMOLOGIST!
Everyone at Kremer was so friendly and helpful and upbeat. Dr. Richman allowed plenty of time for questions I had and was very thorough in his explanation of my upcoming cataract surgery. From the moment I walked in the door at the front desk, through all the tests and meeting with Krissy to schedule my procedure, every step of the way was very positive! I recommend coming to Kremer Eye Center!
The staff was friendly and Dr Soin was very nice and helpful. She listened carefully, and after testing, she answered my questions, and laid out a plan to deal with her findings. I left the visit informed and assured that my issue was on it’s way to being resolved.
Staff was friendly organized and professional. Gave me a calendar with times and number of eye drops to be taken on a daily basis. And made all my doctor appointments. I give them an excellent five star rating.
