If I could give a zero I would indeed. This place is the absolute worse! Iโ€™ve been trying to get into the since September. I called and I originally was suppose to have an appointment set up on October 9th. They cancelled it. So I call back a week later to reschedule my appointment, they tell me I can set one up for December 10th (ofc 2 months later). Then just the other day I get an email saying my appointment has been cancelled and needs to be rescheduled! AGAIN! This is every dang time with this place, all you do is wait just for it to get cancelled and they have you wait even longer. All this waiting I couldโ€™ve been got a new dentist and been in and out that one! Fโ€™n with this place you not gone have a dentist appointment for a whole 2 years because all they do is cancel you appointments when youโ€™re suppose to go every 6 months. Its so unprofessional!!

Thank God ChesPenn Healthcare is available in Chester!, Upper Darby! and Coatesville! ๐Ÿฝ because all 3 of these locations are open to serve everyone who needs affordable care and be seen by practitioners who are not only experienced but see the need to bring their professional talents to cities that are known as low income and high crime areas. I grew up in Chester and I returned after living away for several years to my hometown of Chester unemployed and in need of dental care. Although I was given an appt. 3 months later, it was worth the wait because I was blessed to be seen by the dental hygienist named Tye and she was professional, knowledgeable and outstanding ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ. Tye made me feel very comfortable and I shared with her that she provided me with the best dental care and experience I have had. I have never had a great experience at a dentist appt when I moved away. I was humbled to sit in the lobby to see how full the waiting room was but has a process in place to greet and direct us to sign in to be seen whether you have insurance or not. Having lived in many other states, I have seen waiting rooms full with staff shortages that causes wait times to be longer than expected but you're still seen. The last time I was given an appointment it was scheduled 6 months out and I had insurance so it doesn't matter if you have insurance or not, hospitals and clinics are short staff or fully staffed with workers who call out because they may be ill and the last place you want a sick employee to be is at work making patients and their coworkers ill. An ambulance showed up as I waited to be seen and I knew my wait would be longer as well as everyone else because an emergency will change your wait time and I was thankful the ambulance wasn't for me! When I was called to be seen, my attitude was more grateful than it already was because this location was doing their job and they want to help us. I was impressed with an employee, named Ivon who was bilingual and she was in the lobby helping in Spanish and English which is very important to make everyone comfortable and heard. As we go into the New Year of 2025, please embrace being patient with service providers who are taken for granted. They want to provide you with the best Healthcare in the same way they want to have care for their family and for themselves. Waiting rooms are full everywhere and I saw staff doing what they were hired to do because they are trained to help us and it's a position they enjoy doing. Everyday is never the same and I choose to be grateful for being able to have a clinic I could go to even if I have to wait because someone else's emergency is more important and I was still seen by a smiling professional named Tye. Thank you ChesPenn Healthcare for providing your services. With Grace and gratitude for all you do in communities that have limited resources but show up offering all the Healthcare services that support the health of each resident. I pray your locations have increase in support and appreciation for opening your doors to us. Thank you! I would have given ๐Ÿ’ฏ ๐ŸŒŸ ๐ŸŒŸ ๐ŸŒŸ ๐ŸŒŸ ๐ŸŒŸ's

If I could give 0 starts I WOULD. This is the absolute worst place to take your children for care. When i had my first child i could never get a dentist appointment i called and called and called and it was always sent to voicemail. waiting in person was even worse. So i went else where for dental. Then when i had my second child they went to a total of 2 appointments with chespenn. They said they were updating the system and to call to make my child's three month appointment. upon me, calling, I was told for months that they did not have my child's records, and that they were unable to locate that the child has ever been there. I fought with them for about six months. I called everyone I could possibly call I even called the fraud department out of desperation. I spoke to someone over the phone and she accused me of lying about my child being seen there, but when I told her that I keep all of the paperwork from after the visit the summary that they give you, she told me to bring the so-called proof, if the child actually had paperwork from that office. I brought the paperwork with me and they took copies of everything and again I waited a couple of weeks and finally the records were sent over. my child is now nine months old and had to wait and I had to go back-and-forth all of this time just because of lazy unprofessional staff.
