NEVER GOT TO SEE THE DENTIST! HAD AN APPOINTMENT ~ I WAITED AN HOUR AN A HALF BEFORE FINDING OUT THAT THEY COULDN’T VERIFY MY INSURANCE! CALLED MY INSURANCE MYSELF, ALLOWED THE RECEPTIONIST TO TALK WITH THE AGENT; THE AGENT WAS CONCERNED BECAUSE THEY COULDN’T TELL HER WHY! GUESS I’LL NEVER KNOW IF THESE DENTISTS ARE GOOD OR NOT! WHAT A SAD SHAME FOR OUR COMMUNITY!
This place sucks!!!! My apt was at 12. Got here at 11:50. Didn’t have me fill out paperwork. It’s 1:35 and they can’t verify my insurance. Wow!!! Took u almost 2 hours to let me know. I had to come up and ask! This place is horrible. The wait period is bogus. I’m letting everyone I know not to come here for dental or medical work.
My children and I been going here for years they have excellent staff and the dentist 🦷 is great always does an excellent job and they take their time so the job is done right⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The service at this facility is horrible. I scheduled two (2) appointments as a “transfer patient” a never saw a Dentist because of having to wait well over an hour to be seen. My first appointment was in the afternoon so I wasn’t too bothered because I understand how unforeseen things happen which causes delays. My second appointment was at 10am; arrived at 9:40 and at 11am I still had not been seen nor could I be provided with an estimate as to how long my wait would be. The only good thing I can say about this dental office is that the Front Desk personnel are friendly. But if you are looking for a professional office that values the time of the patients, please go elsewhere because you DEFINITELY WILL NOT find it at this clinic.
This place is unorganized and bad CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had an appointment at 10:30 AM for to get a price on a root canal and a crown and did not see a doctor to four hours to get bad news I did not get nothing done today for the root canal because it was a little too high and my insurance do not cover that it only covers the crown. And the front desk is rude as hell when you try to call and make a appointment they act like they don’t know what the hell they doing, if you have the money to go somewhere else this place is not worth it.
