Held my X-rays ransom because I went with another dentist when they couldn’t fix my broken tooth for two weeks. Were quite rude about the bill as well. If you want an actual spa experience, go to Wrigleyville Dental. They used non toxic fillings and gave me a half crown instead of the full crown that Perfect Smile insisted on. Also they milled the partial crown on site amongst the sound of birds and the smell of lavender.

I think I finally found my dentist. I get extremely anxious and uncomfortable at the dentist. They were very friendly and made me very comfortable the whole time. The equipment they used was very advanced compared to my last dentist. I had the best cleaning of my life. They broke down charges of procedures and what my insurance was covering vs what I was responsible for, before each procedure was done. The most important thing for me, was they treated me like a patient and not a client.
