Horrible Horrible . I had an appointment Friday April 12th. I made it there at 915 checked in. There’s two receptionist. They stared at me the whole time in the waiting room. 945 came I still hadn’t been called I got up and walked OUT. They are unprofessional. They fact they called 7 people back before me is ludicrous Angala Garland

Trash! Don’t bring your kids here! They don’t know what they are doing! So unprofessional & a whole bunch of liars& lazy staff! Brought my daughter in and they did her “supposedly” cleaning, which in my opinion i could of done at home! Dentist comes in and tells me she cant take x-rays and she needs a pediatric specialist but won’t even provide me with a referral. My new dental clinic calls them to ask for a detailed treatment (referral) for my daughter and “they have no idea what she needs treatment for because they said my daughter was “moving too much” which is a lie!!! I was present the whole time and she didn’t move an inch! Never coming back! Don’t waste your time coming here!

I love Lawndale! I been coming to the clinic, optometrist for 40+ years. I brought my kids here since birth. I'm reading some the comments that had bad experiences. I never had a problem with them. ☺️

I’m disappointed the dental department here is not up to par with the clinic, I have attempted to call at least 4 times waiting up to 30 mins with no response. I have visited the premises to try to schedule, 2 front desk receptionist there. However not able to schedule in person, over the phone is nearly impossible to get through. How is this possible?

My fam and I have been coming here most of my life. This is where my mom brought my brothers and I as children. However, I will NO longer be a patient at this unprofessional establishment! My mom recently injured her hip and had to take off of work for a few days. When she called to make an appointment to see the doctor the doctor that she spoke with seemed to be concerned as well and told her to make sure she stayed off of her feet for a few days. I’ve been taking care of her for the entire time that she wasn’t feeling well and it really had me concerned because my mom is not one to be bed ridden and she had been in visible pain for days now. A few minutes ago a “nurse” FINALLY called my mom back to talk to her about her X-ray results and basically accused my mom of lying about why being in pain and having to take off of work. My mom has NEVER taken off of work and has worked through so much pain (against my advice) so for this unprofessional chick to accuse a patient who went to the clinic seeking help of lying about what she was experiencing is beyond me. This place will not have me or my family as patients any longer and they should be ashamed of themselves for hiring such unprofessional, non empathetic, ratchet people to work here. If you don’t like people MARIA maybe you should’ve gone into a different career instead of nursing. I hope you’re mother doesn’t have to experience the treatment that you gave mine. You and your unprofessionalism and improper treatment of my mother cost this clinic a complete family of patients! I’m just curious if this is the same treatment that you give those that look like you?
