Terrible Experience - Avoid This Place! This place is incredibly unorganized, and it's clear that the employees have no idea what they're doing. One minute they tell you insurance and referrals are approved to get you through the door and the next they tell you it’s not. There was no dental hygienist on staff. The dentist insisted on performing a "deep cleaning”, which turned out to be a total scam. She spent a mere 30 minutes on the procedure, which is far too short for a genuine deep cleaning (I would know as I used to work for a dental office). It was clear that she was cutting corners to rush through. I strongly advise to look elsewhere for a dental office. This place is a disaster, and you'll end up paying a lot for subpar care. Save yourself the trouble and find a dental office that is professional, organized, and trustworthy.

Very Dissapointed with this Dental Group, Suppose to be my families first time here but we did not get any treatment because they said they dont accept HMO, they could have told me that on the day I made my appointment they dont accept HMO, i wasted 2 weeks I could have get another appointment from another dental clinic. Its ridicoulus how they operate. Waste time and energy.2 thumbs down

Noticing the pattern of cash only root canal doctor referral and staff intentionally messing up communication with insurance companies to get the patient to pay out of pocket. BCBS told me to file a grievance and the staff and Doctor Completely lied. Horrible experience

Dr. Khan's expertise and gentle approach put me at ease throughout the entire procedure. Jennie, the dental assistant, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole visit comfortable.The office staff was attentive and courteous, walked me through the cost of my procedure beforehand. Dr. Khan took the time to explain the treatment options, ensuring I understood everything before proceeding. The level of care and attention to detail was outstanding.I highly recommend Dr. Khan and Jennie for their professionalism and exceptional dental care. They truly go above and beyond to make each patient feel valued and comfortable. I will definitely be returning for my future dental needs. Thank you for a great experience!

She even went the extra mile by explaining my medication in detail, which was incredibly helpful. Also helping me find a dentist that can extract my wisdom teeth. Her dedication to scheduling and accommodating my needs was remarkable and greatly appreciated.Moreover, I cannot praise Dr. Khan enough for her excellent dental care. Her expertise and skill were evident during my visit, and she took the time to address all my concerns and answer my questions. I felt confident and well-informed throughout the entire procedure. Dr. Khan's assistant, Cindy, also deserves recognition for her professionalism and efficiency in performing my bi-annual cleaning. They both demonstrated a keen attention to detail, ensuring that no aspect of my dental care was overlooked.Comparing my experience at Brite Dental on Lincoln to the Rogers Park location, I must say that the Lincoln surpassed my expectations.
