Very unprofessional. I had an appointment at 3 and came 10 minutes early and still wasn't called back at all. They made sure to call Hispanic patients back as soon as they checked in. I was sent here as a referral from the archer location all of the dentist to say he wasn't the correct person that I was suppose to be referred to. They then went on to perform another service that I didn't come for and applied sealants on my daughter back molars. The next morning she was choking while eating soggy cereal, as one of them came out and got lodged in her throat. They just wanted the money to file a claim even though I was referred incorrectly. After the hojr they told me they wouldn't see me and suggested another referral. Dr Andy told me he could do the service but provided a referral instead and even told me he would be at the office all for the office to tell me it was an incorrect referral and NO ONE would see me even though dr Andy was in the building. Finally I was sent back all for Dr Stanley (who didn't even personally provide his name due to the same of his actions towards a minor) to take a look and say he could perform the procedure in 5 minutes, however he also declined to do the procedure due to billing. You are suppose to introduce yourself if you're looking in someone's mouth, which he did, but then declined to provide his name due to terrible service. This whole branch is money hungry and full of incompetent staff!

Great experience staff and doctor are all polite & professional. They all made sure my appointment was a quick and easy process.

Great staff just slow! Came in the back at 1050am had X-rays and cleaning done by 1111am still waiting to see dentist at 1130am…and this is an appt for a child!!! Great place just need to do better with time! Update: still here 11:40am and NOONE came to say anything like we’re running late/behind/have an emergency or anything!!! Poor patient communication they just walk past the door and look!!! RIDICULOUS!!!

They are the most wonderful staff. I've never had a better dentist he is amazing!
