a year agoTl;dr - Dr. Pressling is an exceptional dentist who goes above and beyond for his patients - 10/10 would recommend and won't ever go anywhere else for dental care.Full review: Dr. Pressling is a smart, caring, reliable dentist who was a true life-saver to me as I dealt with a very infected wisdom tooth. As a result of this experience, I will always go back to Dr. Pressling for dental care and HIGHLY recommend him.I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to medical/dental issues and would imagine I'm a super annoying patient - lots of calls, lots of questions, lots of panic, etc. And I have never had a more attentive, caring doctor/dentist - Dr. Pressling is the real deal. Actually knows what he's talking about, asks good questions, and always explains things to me, sometimes more than once, without making me feel silly for calling or being anxious or asking questions.I have neglected my dental health in the past due to lack of insurance/$$$, the fact that I was a smoker and didn't think it made a difference, and, frankly, laziness - a mistake I WILL NOT be making again! Despite my negligence and ignoring his advice the first time he told me to get this stupid tooth out (3 years ago), I believe Dr. Pressling still genuinely cares about me as a patient and I know that after this wisdom tooth ordeal I will be comfortable going back to him and getting a filling, cleaning, and whatever else needs to be done in my mouth.Also, I don't have dental insurance and have never had sticker shock at this dentist and never feel like I'm being urged to get procedures I don't need or like they're just coming after my money (can't say the same for many other dentists, unfortunately).Bottom line: Dr. Pressling is a great dentist and a really nice guy. If you want a dentist who is actually paying attention and knows what he's doing, you'll be in good hands at Augusta Dental.

a year agoMy daughter had an emergency tooth repair. This dentist IS IN NETWORK for our insurance. Refuses to file the insurance claim. His assistant was beyond rude and hung up when on a three way call with her and the insurance company and said he wouldn't be discussing further. He basically stole from her. She provided insurance prior to services as well as on both follow up calls after to get it filed and he refuses. He will rip you off and steal.

3 years agoTHE BEST dentist/orthodontist I've ever been to. Used him twice now and he has taken me on emergency both time and my pain was gone in less than 24 hours. He came in on his day off for me in a matter of hours due to me being pregnant and having pain. Very caring and precise work done. Would recommend 1000000x over again

6 years agoGreat dentist, great guy, great staff. Quick and painless and fit me in for a little emergency work. One of the only 24-hour emergency dentists in Chicago.
