Dr. Sheppard SAVED MY HAIR! I've always had long thick hair all my life until I started experiencing hair loss and extreme shedding. Yes, hair is hair but no one wants to start losing hair at a young age with NO EXPLANATION! My initial visit she was able to diagnose me and come up with a treatment plan. I felt heard and understood, she didn't rush me like previous dermatologist..... she took the time to find a solution that worked for me without pressure.I saw results after the first month but posted my six month results(still have ways to go). I can't than her enough!!!!

Easy to schedule, easy-ish to park considering it's in a popular area. Friendly and efficient front desk. Spotless!. Caroline is gentle, but gets the job done. I see them for weird growth removal and sun damage, but am absolutely never pushed to purchase any product or process. Highly curated mini-pharmacy at check-out for all your lotions and potions + prescription strength fun. Highly professional and so many options to treat.

Dr. Ibrahim was wonderful, as always. He recommended a new treatment that could be very beneficial for me. I appreciate his thoroughness and efforts to bring about the best results. The assistants in the office are also very helpful. Highly recommend the practice.

I made an appointment to see Dr. Jacobs for a laser consult and initial appointment for any suggestions regarding a treatment plan. I arrived 15 minutes early. I spoke to the receptionist 20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin, as everyone around me was being called in. The receptionist said they were “getting the room ready.” I did let them know I would need to return to work at a certain time. I waited 40 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. I saw Dr Jacobs for about 6 minutes and discussed my concerns and what treatments were appropriate. I spoke mostly with her medical assistant, who was pleasant. The treatment that was suggested would not be done with Dr Jacobs, but still carries a hefty price tag. To make my appointment, I needed to put a deposit of $150. If I were to have canceled the appt within 48 hours, it would not be refunded. As I was leaving, I asked if my deposit would go toward the treatment which would need to be scheduled on a later day. I was told that because the treatment wasn’t same day, the “deposit” doesn’t apply. Here is the language on the website: “ In order to secure your appointment time, we require a deposit to be made at the time of booking. This deposit will go towards the total cost of your appointment. Should you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, we do require a 48-hour notice. Deposits are nonrefundable”Upon leaving later than the time I needed to leave by (90 minutes since arriving), the cashier (yes, there’s a cashier) told me I needed to wait as he couldn’t leave someone on the phone.Dr Jacobs is clearly knowledgeable and proficient in her profession. The practice has amazing tools in order to offer a spectrum of options. That said, everyone’s time should be respected and there should be a higher level of transparency regarding pricing.
