Scheduling a following up with my knee. Very friendly staff they all treated me well very professionals the doctors and staff their with my concerns a very lovely atmosphere a place that really help you with all of your needs and my family treated them well very polite sincere honestly. Beautiful doctors that they all helped me with all my questions concerns all that I needed to better myself and I consider this place because they help all of the patients of all ages and they are just a call away. There should be more places that like they office we went to the one we went. May our God bless all of them doctors and they whole staff always and forever in all that they do for them and their lovely families the doctors there are very helpful and concern to every patients even my self they help me a lot so I can get better and the other facilities like Bright Light Medical Imaging treated me very well in all of my needs and assisted me in a every way possible may our God bless them too. PA was nice and thorough, however wait time was excessively long. 45 minutes sitting in a room alone... I made an appt that same day and there were appointment times available every ten minutes, meaning not many people had an appt schedule. No one was in the waiting room when I arrived, so I don’t understand the 45 minute wait. When I left the waiting room was packed! So if you want to go to this facility I recommend the first appt of the day as mine was at 8:50am and I still had that long wait..

When some bug catches you off guard and you find yourself not feeling well, this is the place I have relied to trust to take care of me. I make my appointment on line, and when I come in, its as smooth as no other clinic has been with me. The Dr. has been the same to take care of me so I honestly feel better when I see him see me or my family when we go next. Diagnoses you, prescribes you whats needed and recommends how to take care of you and your family members, all in possibly less than 10 min. Thank you Cermak Immediate Care.

My experience was great, the staff was helpful and quick. My son went in for a sports physical and everyone was awesome! Hands down the place to go for a quick and easy checkup!
