Skin Cancer and Dermatology Center of Colorado Springs

We have seen Dr. Burton for many years and she is wonderful. However, the front desk staff does not seem focused on patient care. I arrived 5 minutes late for an appointment with my daughter and was promptly told that I would be required to reschedule. I was 5 minutes late because Hwy 105 had temporarily closed a lane to allow construction trucks to pass which caused an unforeseen delay. The staff also explained that the appointment had to be canceled because I did not complete online paperwork before the appointment, even though there was no communication in the texts I received that the paperwork had to be completed before the appointment. My daughter was scheduled for a new appointment three months from now. As a side note, I completed the paperwork in 3 minutes as I sat in the office.

Dr. Satori is wonderful. He takes the time to hear you and is committed to helping you with you dermatology needs. He pleasant and takes his time . You don’t feel rushed. I would recommend him and his office staff to anyone .

The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. They have an upbeat attitude. The wait to be called into the examination room was nearly non existent. Within minutes Dr. Sartori and his assistant entered.

As any popular Dr. office scheduling went very well, it was easy to locate office, wait time was minimal, nursing staff were very knowledgeable , Dr. did a great job understanding my concerns and needs. We addressed one issue that was painless and scheduled other for a later date. Yes I was very pleased with my visit.
