UCHealth Colorado Springs OB/GYN Clinic – Rangewood

Dr. Stowe~Quain was so sweet, professional, friendly, caring, sympathetic and calm. I’m having to have a big surgery meaning no more kids and she allowed me the time to voice my concerns and how I felt emotionally about the surgery. She didn’t rush my mom and I and treated us like family. She answered all our questions and made sure I felt calm and at peace about my surgery. I love her and would recommend her to everyone!! She’s like a doctor, your mom, your best friend, and your favorite Aunt all rolled into one. So, you feel at ease telling her everything and getting your questions answered no matter how embarrassing, silly or uncomfortable you might think they are. This is why I trusted only her to deliver both my babies during my high risk pregnancy being a mom over 35. I was 37 when she delivered my daughter and 39 when she delivered my son. It was easy and I was at peace because I knew she would make sure me and my baby were both safe and went home happy and healthy.

After leaving Hawaii and having one of the best OBGYNs possible, I was nervous to have to find someone else. I did a lot of research and after asking other moms for suggestions, I was recommended to Dr. Schilling. From start to finish I felt welcome. The staff was kind and helpful. Dr. Schilling is truly wonderful. I really felt seen and heard. Not once did I ever feel rushed. My concerns were addressed and not diminished. My exam was thorough and again, I felt heard. I would definitely recommend him to other women looking for a provider that listens, is kind and patient and provides great patient care!

If you want to work with an extremely experienced doctor who will care for your family, see Dr. Baer. He took amazing care of my wife and child during the delivery. He takes his care very seriously and truly wants the best for his patients.

I am disappointed with my recent experience with your office. This morning, the receptionist intentionally hung up on me after refusing to assist with my inquiry about scheduling availability and request to schedule an first time appointment. This was my first interaction with your office, and it was quite bizarre. If the overall experience is anything like this dismissive and disrespectful interaction, my wife and I will happily seek care elsewhere.

I have only had one appointment so far but I wanted to share my experience. Despite previous negative reviews about the front desk staff, I had a great experience from start to finish. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The ultrasound technician was great and really took her time trying to get good pictures to print out for us. And Dr. Shilling is amazing! He is thorough, attentive, and has a great bedside manner. He took the time to listen to my concerns and to build rapport with me and my husband. I didn’t feel like he was rushed to end the visit at all and it is clear that he genuinely cares about his patients! I am so glad I chose him to be my OB.
