Be careful! Dr Arora is a happy prescription-writing over-charging doctor masking he has your best interests in mind. Examples: Every time I have gone in my blood pressure is read super-high by their machines with Sholanda even saying they were mis-calibrated and indicating High. Then Dr. Arora comes in and tries to prescribe more and different drugs. He even wanted to double one of my prescriptions after 30 days before any new blood work. Who tries that? Dr. Arora's latest scam on me is to charge $315 for taking my blood pressure, again. Truly, he asked me back after two weeks to see if my blood pressure was down, that is all he did and he was done in less than ten minutes. He sent my insurance a bill for over $315! When my wife and I talked to him at first he assured us how he was not "one of "Those" doctors that reaped the benefit of the pharmaceutical companies...Hah! Beware!

STAY AWAY! This place is 1 doctor short of a scam. I urge you to read the 1 star reviews. If I could rate this place less I would. The front desk could care less about you. When you try to explain a problem or situation they completely turn off and don't want to hear it. I get better customer service from the drive through on a bad day. They take 0 responsibility for anything and point the finger back at you. Horrible place, horrible people, Summit medical.Be prepared to be billed for everything, including paying for 5 minutes phone calls with the doctor. They never call you back, and they never sent the referrals I needed when I went as a first time patient back in JUNE 2024. I've been bombarded with bills ever since and i've visited the clinic 1 time. I had to demand them to take me out of their system.STAY AWAY

I practiced in a surgical field in the Springs for over a decade. When my health problems showed up shortly after retirement I knew where to go. Speaking as a MD myself, I am sincerely impressed with Dr Arora’s compassion, erudition, disarming wit, and thoroughness. My wife has now trusted herself to his care as well.

Absolute joke of a medical practice. Zero professionalism from the front staff. It's amazing that this place still exists yet somehow they continue to scrape by. The doctors and office manager should be embarrassed that they continue to hire and/or not fire their staff that are either rude, disrespectful, and incompetent at their job. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else unless you're just one of those people that want to gamble and hope you don't have issues with their office

As a medical provider myself I am absolutely horrified with how careless this office is. Good luck if you need yours or your family member's lifesaving medications refilled. My family member has gone nearly three months without it and when they finally had an appointment that wasn't canceled, THE PROVIDER NEVER SENT HIS PRESCRIPTIONS TO THE PHARMACY!I called twice today as my family member is older and feels their calls land on deaf ears. I honestly don't think these calls go anywhere because no one returns them. If you call again the people who answer are very nasty and condescending. The front desk staff is rude when you arrive and whomever is responsible for actually giving the providers their messages, they need to be fired ASAFP.I am not bringing my family member back to this practice EVER again. God forbid you don't have the means to pay for better care. Please, go anywhere else.If anything happens to him due to him not having his medication? I will own this practice.By the way, the office did try to call to cancel this appointment but we were already in the parking lot. That would have been the third cancellation in a row. There is something VERY ODD going on here. I can't tell if they are incompetent, irresponsible and careless, if they just want to get paid for not providing care to their patients, or if it's a provider specific problem, or if they have too many patients. It is always really busy and crowded when I take him.I will be making a complaint to Medicare, the state medical board and the board of nursing. This is a dangerous way to provide care and I've honestly never seen anything like it.
