Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group MRI

Came for an MRI and the staff was very helpful. There was a slight issue with the MRI and then I missed the voicemail about it, and Makayla was so accommodating to get me rescheduled as soon as possible as my follow-up with the surgeon is approaching. She was kind, professional, and I could tell she cares about the patients that come in for scans, because she really did everything to get me in quickly. The other staff at the front is the same way - friendly, professional and efficient, and the MRI was simple and easy. No complaints at all, this was a great experience and I highly recommend this MRI center.

Do NOT waste your time getting your MRI here. They are not responsive. My MRI was over a week ago and I'm still waiting for results. They also won't electronically transfer images to other Drs. Save yourself some grief and schedule at Penrad!!

Makayla is so amazing she really takes everyone's unique situation into consideration and is very attentive to all your needs. Jessica is the same way! I needed an urgent MRI and they did everything in their power to help me get it. I highly recommend coming here for any MRIs you need! Thank you!

Never received call back to schedule MRI of my knee. I have been in significant pain and have left messages the past five days. I cannot continue with CSOG, even though I have a great dr if Imaging can’t be performed in a timely manner. Very disappointing

This poor review is not about the quality of care received, but rather about the EXTREMELY unprofessional people at the check in desk on Thursday, June 15 at 4 pm. The young man was putting on a very unfunny comedy routine for the young woman and they both kept laughing very loudly. Not sure if it was a flirting thing but was very unprofessional for a medical facility as well as very annoying.
