Mount Carmel Urgent Care – East Broad

I went here after the first urgent care I tried to go to did not have a provider on staff. There was a bit of a wait to be seen, but I did get an answer from the provider who was there. He was knowledgeable in explaining his diagnosis in layman’s terms and shared exercises I can do to prevent myself from getting to this point go forward. The treatment seems to be helping. Thank you.

For the most part great, but the lady at the front desk asked me if I wanted to pay off my "balance" of $1997, then said the minimum was $120. She didn't make it clear that she was asking me if I wanted to pay off my deductible, which was a ridiculous thing to ask in the first place, of course I don't want to pay $2,000 for 10 minutes talking to a physician's assistant, have him put a piece of paper (a wick for ear drops so they get past the swollen part of my ear) in my ear, and a prescription for $60 ear drops! Really awful way of approaching patients at the front desk.

The staff was very professional. The wait in the waiting room was short as well as the service from the time you entered into the room. The nurse came in quickly as well as the doctor when it was time to discharge the instructions are provided quickly.

I had a wonderful experience at the Mount Carmel Urgent Care on Dec 29, 2024. The staff was amazing and Dr. Phillips was outstanding. Hats off to the entire urgent care team .Don Sanchez

WOW I was blown away by this place. Was in and out quickly. The receptionist was wonderful and detailed in her answers and didn't seem rushed. The nurse and nurse practitioner was so sweet to my daughter who had a hurt wrist. This will be our go to place when we need urgent care!!
