I had recently quite a bit of dental work done at Tri-cities dental specialists (7extractions, bone graft, sinus lifting, 8 implants, gum graft and 4 bridges installed). I want to thank Dr. Ballo for the wonderful work and Dr Narani for the gum graft and for the help in making the initial decisions. They were super gentle and always caring to offer a less traumatic experience. Mandy was always helpful, rearranging appointments, making things work.

I recently had two appointments at this dental office, each scheduled for a brief duration of 10 minutes. However, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the significant delays I encountered.
On both occasions, I found myself waiting for an extended period of time before I could see the dentist. The wait time ranged from 30 to 45 minutes, which was particularly frustrating given the short nature of my appointments. This lack of punctuality not only disrupted my schedule but also caused unnecessary stress.
While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise in any medical practice, consistent tardiness is unacceptable. It is crucial for any healthcare provider to respect their patients’ time and ensure that appointments start as scheduled.
I hope the office takes this feedback into consideration and improves its time management. Until then, I am hesitant to schedule future appointments due to these unfortunate experiences.
I've had 3 implants done here after years of neglect to my oral health. Highly recommend for professional dental care. Always accommodating to my on-call work schedule.
Absolutely professional and highly skilled from top to bottom. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Dr. Narani is incredibly thorough and informative, keeping you in the loop every step of the way to avoid any surprises. Their approach is very calming as well. A big thank you toDr Narani , and the entire team.
