Really great experience made me feel sure my daughter would be okay. the doctor also called us pretty late in the day just to make sure she wasn't having any complications very happy we came here.
Dr. Belton and his staff are amazing. The front office staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The dental assistants are knowlegable and thorough. The doctor immediately put me at ease, never rushed as he explained my procedure and answered every question! The office culture definitely came from the top!This was my first expierence with an extraction, bone graft, tissue graft & implant. I had zero pain post procedure. The doctor even called to check on me the evening after my procedure.I could not be happier.I HIGHLY recommend COFIS.
Horrible service.Came in not feeling well for biopsy, and receptionists only cared about 76$ co-pay about imagine I didn’t need which my insurance would have had covered anyway.Made me feel horrible, worse than I was feeling. Do not recommend as they really only care for profits and not about customer service.
Horrible office personnel! Jackie is so rude! A dental emergency requiring an oral surgeon and she said we only do extractions and implants. She said we don’t deal with bone issues. Life threatening infection from where my wisdom teeth were pulled by Dr. Belton. I went there in the past but will never call again. You don’t need to bother calling either since they said they are booked solid until February 2025 and won’t be able to help.
I got my top wisdom teeth out on 9/20 and COFIS took such great care of me, my standards for anything dental are no so beyond high. I had a special case where one of my wisdom teeth was attached to my sinus bone but COFIS assured me and still did the surgery when I got turned down by previous surgeons. Not only that but the surgeon himself called to check on me, the customer service and care here is beyond measure. Thank you to everyone at COFIS, you guys are a blessing 🤍
