Select Physical Therapy – Costa Mesa

Daniel and his team are friendly and professional. He is caring and listens to my questions. He wants to know how I’m doing and Taylor’s the workout to my needs. I have made good progress because of their care and expertise.

This week I graduated from PT at Select Physical Therapy after having a total knee replacement in mid-August. Today, I feel so much stronger and confident about navigating everyday life. After 4 weeks of PT, I can do everything I was ever able to do functionally. The trainers at Select are fantastic. Daniel, Christian, and Amanda are all very knowledgable in kinesiology and are able to prescribe the exercises you need in order to get to the quickest recovery possible. When I felt like an exercise was too hard, they did it with me. So motivating! I can't say enough good things about this crew. I highly recommend Select Physical Therapy.

Select physical therapy has been there for me all the way during my healing process. I am recovering from an injury but im so thankful for this clinic. Tamanna, is my primary physical therapist, she has an amazing team at this location. Between her and her assistants I have been regaining motion and strength that I have previously lost due to my injury. The staff was incredibly welcoming and charismatic! I had Daniel who pushed me hard as I worked through my injury. By my last session my pain was gone and my body is so much stronger! The whole team knows exactly what they’re talking about and give amazing advice. I definitely recommend!
