We drove 20 mins to go to this clinic, the first time in and out within 30 mins, second time we were in and out in a hour, the staff and doctors are really nice. Will definitely use this clinic again. The one downfall is the receptionist that takes your health card is extremely rude.
This morning I saw Dr. Andrew Shure in Urgent Care while I was suffering with my mental health. Dr. Shure was kind, compassionate and spoke positively, I will forever be grateful for the help he provided me on my journey to getting mentally healthier. I did not catch the nurses name who helped out but she was equally kind and compassionate.
I saw Dr. Gad today for a respiratory illness and needed a Dr.’s note for work. Was out within 1.5 hrs. Everyone was pleasant from administrative assistant to the clinic manager (I believe that’s who she was) to the doctor. I always have a pleasant experience in this clinic.
Terrible, cold hearted nurses and doctors who lack empathy and compassion for people who suffer from addiction and mental health issues.Waited 3 hours to get my broken hand rewrapped, only for them to tell me that they would not help me do to a prior incident 2 years prior when I came in under the influence seeking help. They would not help me even though I am 4 months sober, and in incredible pain from my hand.Terrible service, terrible human beings. Find your medical care elsewhere.
I had never been here before. Now that the Oshawa clinic is closed I was sent here for xrays. I have to say it's a very dirty, dark and depressing atmosphere. The carpets are filthy, the doors covered in fingerprints. For a health facility, its germs abound. The only positive was the xray receptionist who was very kind.
