Excellent Family Dental Care at AL DentalI've been a patient of Dr. Long Do at AL Dental, located at 7955 Barker Cypress Rd #1000, Cypress, TX 77433, for quite some time now, and I couldn't be happier with the care my family and I have received.I’ve had my teeth cleaned and fillings done here, and the experience has always been smooth and professional. My daughter has been coming to Dr. Do since she was a little girl, and the care she’s received over the years has been exceptional.Currently, I’m undergoing Invisalign treatment at AL Dental, and I’ve had a great experience so far. Dr. Do is incredibly calm, sweet, and attentive, always listening carefully to what we need. On top of that, the pricing at his office is reasonable, which makes it even better.I’m grateful to Dr. Do and the entire AL Dental team for taking such good care of our family’s dental health. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care!
I've been a patient of Dr Do since 2010! The only dentist I trust with my teeth. He's done my braces a root canal fillings & cleanings. Dr Do and his staff are very kind and knowledgeable. If your looking for a Dr you can trust ... it's him! He really cares about his patients.
I have been under the dental care of Dr. Do for quite a while, it has been a tremendous comfort and pleasure. Twice a year, I would normally see Dr. Do for regular examination and cleaning services. When I need a major implant work, I am so glad that I chose Dr. Do. Dr. Do and his team of dental surgeon, technicians provide the absolute professional, experienced and wonderful job at a reasonable cost. Additionally AL Dental office is immaculate, comfortable and clean. I strongly recommend Dr. Do dental services.
If you have children, please go to a Pediatric dentist. This office does not has enough equipment likewise morality to take care of the kid teeth. My child had been a patien of this location for over three years. Everyime, ( every 6 month.) she cleaned her teeth, she has decades in about seven days after. When I use CHIP, this office charge me $20 for a six month check up which is non copay! I moved my daughter to a pediatrician dentist to fill up her decades. Since then, no more teeth decades for her. In conclusion, I do not recommend this office to any one! Not event a star!
$120 for a 9 minute cleaning?
AL was closer to my place of work, so I switched dentist thinking the shorter distance would be a nice convenience and work well for my schedule. I was simply hoping to save a few minutes of drive time in Houston Traffic. I scheduled and arrived for my cleaning. My husband and I would meet for lunch after my appointment, so I sent him a message to inform him that I was in the chair. At that very moment, the dentist, Dr. Do, entered the room. The dentist seemed very rushed, rough and abrasive. I was shocked when he said he was done. I sent another message, "Done." My husband replied, NINE Minutes, really? Yes, it was 9 minutes between messages to my husband. No floss, no polish; just ground away at my gum line without any consideration for the hardness of tool he was hurriedly jamming around my mouth. When I inquired as to why this cleaning was less than ten minutes, the lady at the desk stated it was just a 6 month cleaning. I never miss a routine appointment and I've never had a "cleaning" completed so quickly nor have I ever experienced so much discomfort afterwards. Dr. Do was must think his Vn patients are ignorant. Coming from a qualified dentistry, I know better. I'll be returning to my previous dentist, where I am in the chair for a minimum of 30 minutes and treated with patience. The additional 5 minutes of drive time is worth it to insure I receive a legitimate cleaning.
