Beautiful facility. Probably a better place for rich men and thier addictions. Not women dealing with trauma. My therapist did not realize he was triggering me with all the personal questions and I left with a panic attack and got into a fender bender. They never taught coping skills. Breathing skills. Grounding skills. How to better communicate. I learned that at a better PHP that was covered by my insurance. This place only uses DBT. I think they should add some cbt and other resources.

Intake phone guy John is very rude. Admin staff can be clueless but once you’re in, fantastic programs if you are willing to commit. If something tragic happened tomorrow, I would sign up for the IOP.

I didn’t want to leave a review while I was still doing my training here as that might’ve been seen as a conflict of interest… but I’m scratching my head reading through some of these reviews. All the therapists are licensed with the state board which indicates that they’ve gone through rigorous academic work, passed the licensing exam, and spent months collecting hours towards licensure. Everyone is highly trained and they attend continued education courses to stay up to date with their knowledge. If you’re looking for a therapist in the area, pretty much the whole team is great. I did my internship here and got to work with multiple therapists and everyone is very knowledge and most importantly helpful and caring.

First of all, i360 has one of the best teams of counselors/LPC’s in the entire state. I honesty wouldn’t be surprised if they were one of the best across the nation. Everyone INCLUDING the counseling interns authentically cares about the clients they see. From my understanding they seem to see patients with addiction disorders as well so I’m not surprised by a few bad reviews. Don’t hesitate to visit these guys if you have some things you’d like to improve on or are battling anxiety, etc.

Be careful and don't put down a deposit if you're not sure. Even if they don't do anything else but talk to you for 15 minutes you won't get it back and you can't give it to anyone else. I just lost 300.00 and all they did was talk to me for 15 minutes. I read the papers and I did it to myself but it is a RIP OFF!
