3 weeks agoWhen my dentist retired, I had no idea where to go. My sister suggested Cadence. I’ve had two cleanings and an implant so far. I absolutely love this practice. Everyone has been so kind, and easy to work with (dentists and staff).I was very nervous about my recent implant placement, but actually said “this has been a pleasant experience,” after getting up from the chair.

4 months agoI have really bad dental anxiety and I decided to come here because my daughter and husband have had great experiences here. I had a teeth cleaning today and Kim was so amazing! She was so gentle with me and very nice! Dr Kellog was amazing as well. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

3 months agoMy Name is Vicki Ward and I followed Dr. Freeman from Main Street. Since his retirement I was very scared to try a new dentist but after meeting Dr Kellog and her assistants, and they helped me through my anxiety, I was able to get 3 cavities done with no problems. If I'm calling in to make an appointment or coming in, all of the staff are always professional, friendly, and helpful. Soooo happy .

5 months agoPatient beware ! On 05/06/22 Dr Eiffert did a root canal on a front tooth. She was going on maternity leave ( What I DID NOT KNOW practice being sold No longer Friedman & Hendrick's) On 06/01 22 I called them and said something was wrong--they said they would tell her. On 07/13 I called and was told Dr Eiffert was no longer there and they could not get me in till Sept14 Dr Hendrick's who had stayed with new owners part time was only Dentist there. When he x-rayed it He said he would never have done that like that-----TOOK 4 MONTHS FOR THEM TO SAY GO TO SPECIALIST. Talking to their business manager VERY UNCAREING They refunded my co-pay and strung it out so a year had passed and in Ohio You can not file a dental claim unless is on file in court with in 365 days. The new people are just a money corporation PATIENT BEWARE

2 years agoBEWARE!!!April of this year I had a root canal performed at this location. After the root canal procedure the dentist advised she didn’t like the filling but I should be ok. Now fast forward to December and I have a bacterial infection, went back to this location and they advise this dentist was no longer employed by this company. They also advised this dentist broke the file inside my tooth and never told me, also no filling was put in my root canal. Just a broken file, they gave me a prescription for antibiotics and told me to come back in March 2023. This is not a place that is keeping their patients informed on their mistakes and really not in a hurry to repair their mistakes. Really think about this, a patient with a broke file and bacteria infection, and they want to wait till March,2023 to make this repair. I had to go to a root canal specialist 2 days before Christmas for the file extraction. It took the specialist 2 hours because the entire file was broken inside my tooth, also the specialist advise she never completed the root canal. So this proves she broke it during the beginning of procedure and made the choice to lie to the patient about completing the root canal/filling. Everyone will have an opinion, but my situation was created when the dentist failed to tell the patient regarding a broke file and then not completing the root canal/filling. I was a self pay patient, I deserve a refund for the first root canal, and a reimbursements of the new procedure for retracting the broke file and completing the root canal. I will be updating this review as it unfolds.
