7 months agoI recently visited Concentra Urgent Care and overall had a decent experience. Be prepared to wait, as the process can take some time. At one point, I felt like they forgot about me, lol. However, once you get past the waiting, the staff is friendly and professional.I was seen by Dr. Kathy, who was straightforward and helpful. Despite being really busy, she took the time to address my concerns thoroughly. Big thank you to all the care providers for their dedication and hard work. If you're in need of urgent care, this is a reliable option, just make sure to bring your patience!

a week agoDr John Aschberger and the girl at the front desk were very knowledgeable and helpful. I had no idea what MMI rating was. I did my best even though the frigid temps have been hard on my new shoulder. It’s slipping out of place.

2 weeks agoNursing staff did a fantastic job with the tests. The Doctor that I saw at the end didn’t seem to know what was required for the tests, she left me in the room to go check if there was anything else I needed to do and didn’t come back, and her bedside manner left much to be desired.

2 months agoI would not recommend this Urgent Care. I waited 2 hours to be seen and another 20 minutes once I was in the room, for the doctor to see me for less than 10 minutes, belittle my symptoms, and offer me no advice or treatment. I expect to wait at an urgent care, but if I’m waiting for 2+ hours, I hope to be see for at least 10 minutes, and for the doctor to offer some aid or at least compassion if they are unable to help. The women at the front desk were helpful and kind, and bilingual, which was the most positive part of my experience. Overall my experience was frustrating, and I will not be returning as I have been shown much more care and compassion at other Urgent Cares in Denver.
