My appoitment was at 3 but they call me at 3:45 and the funny thing they say please be on time for your appt 🤣. I got earlier what about your guys to be on time. And please in Amazing place like this why they don’t fixing the phone calls i have to wait so long for talk to someone

This emergency care is disrespectful, children with toothaches and waiting for more than 2 hours and the place empty, we had to go to another center, the worst experience We don't check the reviews when we come, and now that I'm writing I see all the bad things that have been written here, I see that everyone is right and reviews from 7 years ago mean that this has never worked.

Avoid at all cost, I was charged $1500 for 10 minute visit to check my daughter was fine as she had high fever.Let me be more specific based on the response. This charge was for doing the routine lab test for influenza, covid, and a simple check on pulse and oximetry. All that would could have been done at Walgreens for 10x less of the price I was charged. If this center had any interest in customer service, they would tell the patient, an estimate of the charge, before providing, so they can make an informed decision. These are super standard checks.Sorry but there is no other way around it, this center is terrible, and the doctors working here should be ashamed.

I got a bill for $1364 for taking my daugher due to a high fever, in which all they did was get sample to test for influenza, covid, and throat infection. In a visted that lastet less than 10 minutes. All which a CVS or Walgreens would charge under $300.Before I get boiler plate response, as that all this place those with the infinite number of poor reviews. As they clearly have not done anythign else, since they keep getting them. Let be super specific and post a screenshot of the charges I received.Doctors here should be ashamed to worked in this place. Sorry not dirrectly your fault John Saunders MD, but you should be more selective when selecting your employer, or worse yet if you are an owner/partner here.

Denied service. Have a sign that reads “only one adult can accompany the patient into the center.” (Emphasis on the patient).We arrived with two patients and two adults. Requested they separate us and treat us as separate patients with one adult per patient to comply with their one adult per patient rule. Initially denied us several times and insisted only one parent can enter with both patients (two very sick little children).After waiting outside in the sun for 10 minutes we were told the rule is actually “one adult per family”, despite this not existing anywhere in writing and contradicting the rule they had on their sign. We left to a different urgent center.
