I’ve had my share of terrible dental experiences, but I’ll rate this one my number one BEST experience. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and transparent in communication. There’s a shortage of dental hygienist nationally, and they made it clear that they’ll have to work me in for a cleaning and from looking at the schedule, that would’ve been November. They were actually able to work me in the next week! ☺️ Every member of the team I interacted with were genuinely kind people. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone who wants a 5 star experience. Thank you!

⁩ I just hands down had the best dental experience I have ever had in my adult life, and that says a lot considering I have SEVERE dental anxiety!Dr. Deas and his team are super thorough, excellent communicators and have awesome bedside manner! Melissa (dental assistant) was very kind, comforting and provided excellent customer service! Thanks so much for the awesome experience start to finish!

My family and I recently relocated to Georgia. We explored a few practices before finding Creekside Dental Center. So far, I've had a couple of visits to the practice and worked with Dr. Smith and her team. It was clear that they have superior skills for handling my complex issues. Dr. Smith and her team put me at ease from the very beginning. I could tell from my first visit that this is the right place for my family and me. I am very impressed with the thoroughness of the team, their level of expertise, and their "dental chair side" manner. Even their patients in the waiting room were singing their praises! I will recommend this practice to everyone and intend to continue working with them.

I visited the office on 4/11. I had a great experience there. The office is clean and the staff is professional and nice. Originally I wanted to get a cleaning done but I was notified that I will need to come in for xrays and consultation prior to having a cleaning done. This was understandable so I did that, and as I said previously, it was great experience. I was told that I would need a root canal. However for root canals, they refer you to West Georgia Endodontics for this procedure. I was disappointed in this because I am used to this service being performed at the dentist office but I understood. After my appointment, I was able to schedule for a cleaning for which the soonest availability would be in September! I understand that there is a shortage of hygienist and that is the only available time. I just wished that I would have been notified of this when I was scheduling the appointment for the initial appointment. I was asked the reason for scheduling the appointment and told the staff it was for a cleaning. I just wished at that point, the staff would have told me the cleaning appointments are backed up that way I could've looked elsewhere as well. So I called the West Georgia Endodontics to schedule the root canal. I was told that the consultation just for the root canal is $185. So I think I will be using my previous dentist office though it is in another state. As I said previously, this is a lovely office and the staff is extremely nice, I was just disappointed with not only having to be referred to somewhere else for a procedure and still being charged another fee before the procedure is started, and I was disappointed in not being initially notified that they were behind with cleaning appointments. Great dentist office but I feel that this is dentist office that uses so much of your dental insurance while not offering any services.

My 8 year old son had 2 teeth extracted and was very scared! However, Dr. Smith and her team did everything possible to calm his nerves! They offered him "spa-like" services with a massage chair, blanket and warm towel to cover his eyes. Dr. Smith explained every stage of the procedure in terms that an 8 year old could understand. Overall, they were very knowledgeable and left us feeling comfortable with the whole procedure. I left knowing exactly how to treat the post-op conditions. Lastly, both my son and his two siblings were excited to get small gifts from the treasure box, which is always a hit with the kids!
