    Sadly, the service here is not what it used to be, sending established patients running to find another PCP. When they were at their smaller location the service was amazing….the staff was all so kind and made you feel very welcome. Some of the new faces at this new location make you feel like you’re being such a bother when you have questions or requests, with a look of being annoyed almost. For example, we needed a work note fixed for my son when he had his visit on a Monday, front desk said they would call me when it was ready…..4 days later on Friday we finally get the call . For a work note. I asked the receptionist who called if she knew why it had taken so long (to give her the opportunity to maybe help me understand their process) but she just told me she didn’t know. Unfortunately staff that gives little to no importance to patient care overshadow staff who give great customer care such as Pablo, who has been there since they were in the previous office.

    Pretty bad customer service. First time going to this clinic since it’s a quick drive, but not going there again. The ladies at the front desk are just plain rude, as soon as you walk in they will start charging you lol…. Please save your receipts or transactions otherwise they will make it seem like you didn’t pay even though you have proof of payment. They will try to make you pay twice “because the payment is not on their system”Also, the male doctor is not that great.

    My doctor is fantastic, med student, assistants, everyone I've dealt with in person, including the front desk staff have been fabulous. But calling? Rude. Rude. Rude. Like I'm in the wrong for calling in the first place. Attitude, rude, treat you like you're stupid or you're the one making mistakes in their system, hang up, or will literally put the phone down and make you listen to them angrily type...if it's a service, get a new one. If these are your employees, do better.

    Great staff, this is my second time visiting this location and I always had great experiences, Dr. Douglas was phenomenal and tended to my needs expeditiously. They go way above and beyond to make you feel great and they do this with compassion and care. My first time I made an appointment and I was seen 5 minutes after filling my initial paperwork, my second visit was a walk-in and I was seen 10 minutes after showing up. Definitely a good medical practice.

    I am very upset with this clinic, everytime I call it goes to the music. A lad that answers the phone is rude, and just hangs up. Unprofessional staff, they always feel like they are in a rush. I have one lady doctor there that actually has helped me and made me feel comfortable, but the rest of the staff are rude and they make you feel like what you are going through is not important. Front staff need more training with customer service. I work in customer service and that is not how you treat your clients. Yeah you’re doing the same thing everyday but these are also peoples lives. The guy doctor he is terrible, makes me feel dumb every time I talk to him.
