Premier Dental of Evergreen

I have recently had the privilege of having dental work done by the Premier Dental Group in Evergreen, Colorado. I typically don’t write reviews or rate businesses, but because of the excellent care and their high level professionalism; I felt I should. My experiences have only been (for real), excellent experiences. To the point of also wanting to thank Dr. Honaman, Dr. Miller, Cari, Becca, Lisa, Nick, Kelsi and Michelle (those I have met firsthand) for making dental work a positive for me again. Extractions and root canals aren’t fun for anyone, but they made that very doable and easy. Keep up the great works; you are great at what you do!!

So disappointed. I had several fillings and paid $450 based on the estimate. Immediately after the fillings were done, I had intense pain while eating on one side. I called to make an appointment to have it checked and they advised I should wait to see if it goes away. It didn’t so I made an appointment to come in. Then they switched the appointment on me because it didn’t work with their schedule. When I came in for the rework, I was cool about it and so was the dentist. After another hour of filling work, I was hoping it was all fixed. Then I go to the front desk where I’m told I owe $800+. Some because they said their estimate wasn’t accurate, some because they said I never made a payment in the first place, and some because they were trying to charge me for a “new” filling which was actually rework done that day. After an unpleasant exchange with an extremely condescending and scattered front desk employee who cared more about placing blame on me, the insurance company, and the dental team, than resolving the issue, it came to light that I had in fact paid for past work and the work done on the second visit was indeed rework. I still had a balance of $250 which I paid just to get out of there. The whole process was cringy, having to stand up for myself while being talked down to in front of 3 office staff and 4 customers. I was really hoping we had found a new dentist after our old one dropped our insurance but after this exchange, I cancelled my husband’s upcoming appointment for 2 crowns and will find somewhere else to go.Edit to update: it has now been almost a month since the rework and I am experiencing extreme pain on both side of my mouth (where the fillings were done). It has taken away all enjoyment from eating. I never had any dental pain at all before trying this new dentist.

Always a great experience with the entire staff! Very easy to schedule and change appointments, always receive great care. The staff at Premier Dental go above and beyond to make sure their patients are happy and well cared for. Dr Bunchman has a great bedside manner and takes time to answer all questions despite having a busy schedule. Highly recommend!

Chloe did a great job with my dental cleaning! Efficient and communicating throughout the process. I have been going to premiere dental for years and they are a lovely, professional team Would recommend without hesitation!

I was so pleasantly surprised by the wonderfully considerate staff at this office when I, out of the blue, called them with an emergency. They had no affiliation with me prior to this situation and I was treated as if I had been a valued patient for years!! My problem was dealt with compassionately and efficiently. I cannot thank them enough and look forward to working with them in the future!!
