This place has been very inconsistent with its shot schedule over the last three years that I’ve been a patient here. They keep “updating” and making changes without sending any notification, such as a text message or email, as a courtesy, consideration, and sign of respect for their patients. This only proves their poor customer service skills and lack of professionalism. I don’t blame the front desk staff, as they have always been nice and polite, but I am definitely moving my treatment elsewhere.

I’ve been a patient at this allergy clinic for some time, and while I appreciate the care I receive from Mia and Sydney, I can’t overlook the ongoing issues with staff consistency and scheduling. The clinic feels more like a merry-go-round, with a constant rotation of temporary staff that leaves me feeling unsettled.Recently, I learned that Sydney no longer works there, which was incredibly disappointing. I asked the staff administering my shots about the changes and was told that Mia is the only permanent staff member at this location. This lack of stability is frustrating, especially when it affects the quality of care.During my last visit, I witnessed a temp receptionist snap at the staff in front of patients, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable. It’s disheartening to see such behavior, especially when the environment should feel welcoming. While I genuinely appreciate the friendly faces of Mia and Sydney, I find myself reconsidering my options due to the inconsistent support and overall experience. The clinic often responds to negative reviews with “contact us!” but it feels like there’s little genuine effort to improve. If it weren't for Mia and Sydney, I would have switched locations a while ago. Here’s hoping they can make some positive changes in the future.

2025 update.First, the good. Dr. Kaiser has an excellent bedside manner, a refreshing curiosity, and a willingness to talk through a patient's concerns. The bad: this office cannot seem to hold on to staff. Their injection hours change every single month (sometimes every week!!) with very limited hours. In July 2024 they were open just THREE days. THREE. I rearranged my entire schedule to make it for one of the three days and had to wait 45 minutes despite the almost empty waiting room.January 2025: I walked in at 9:17, two patients were waiting. They got shots 25 mins later. 45 mins in I ask how long till I'm seen "oh just 5 more minutes." Dear reader, it has been over an hour. No explanation. No updates. Now 6 more people waiting behind me. Ridiculous.

UPDATE: The regional manager saw my review and called me directly to apologize and address the issue which meant a lot to me. They were able to expedite my serum so it will be here next week which is very helpful. My original rating was one star but I raised it up bc of that phone call. Still upset that I’ve had so many issues over the last two years but hopefully they’re heading in the right direction with that type of leadership leading the way.ORIGINAL POST: Issue after issue with no progress towards improving. Showed up to get my shot to be told they forgot to order my new serum (my old one expired and is unusable) and it will be 2-3 weeks before will get it in - which will put me about two weeks behind my shot schedule meaning I’ll need to do lower doses to build back up. The only reason I keep coming back is bc it’s so close to my house. If you have other options near you, I’d highly recommend avoiding this place.

The injection schedule has gotten a bit better lately. Seems like they have a tough time hanging on to employees but the people we have seen are good! They had a few months this year where the number of days they were closed was truly crazy. No other business could operate that way.
