Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. From the sweet lady at the check in to the girl who drew my blood. She did a great job. Very smooth with the needle insertion. Quick experience as well. I didn’t have to wait but a few minutes from check in to lab/blood draw
When Dr Daily relocated to Fayetteville from Fort Smith, I said I would gladly drive there to see him! He has been a Godsend to me in helping me control my Type 1 Diabetes. I am so thankful to be able to still see him at Mana. The staff there greeted me with smiles and was so helpful throughout my visit! Thank you all!
Super experience. Everyone was so nice and had a supportive attitude. Dr Tandon moves efficiently and is easy to talk to—listens well. Excellent nursing stall also.
I felt very good meeting Dr Kruger. He spent quite a bit of time with me and following that I kind of felt optimistic. He seems to be very nice and very thorough. I look forward to what changes he makes in my treatment.
Staff are always so nice so when one isn’t it really shows. I love my doctor and his staff and the front desk folks and even the cashiers. My only bad experience and that was just this time was with the lab technician . Found the person to be mildly hostile or not having a good day. Whatever it was intimated me and made me feel like I didn’t even want to have the lab work done. I have reached the age that when people are rude or something I don’t want to deal with them. Unfortunately I needed the lab work so I muddled through their attitude and left. But I understand when we have bad days at work but usually a friendly smile helps undo it. This person must always have a bad day or just didn’t like the looks of me.
