a year agoDr. Patel first met with us prior to admission to the surgery suite. He stated at that time that he believed strongly in the practice of physicians reaching out to prospective patients and family members to describe upcoming procedures and answer any questions. He was very transparent and forthcoming about his motivation to practice as a cardio thoracic surgeon and I was impressed with his commitment to connect with patients prior to making a decision about a surgical team. Dr. Patel performed a triple by-pass procedure on September 26th and led me through the recovery process which included a complicated array of medicines. I wholeheartedly thank Dr. Patel and commend him on the high level of surgical expertise he has achieved.
