DFW Oral Surgeons

Had an emergency dental appointment to have my wisdom teeth removed scheduled at another facility, however the surgeon was unavailable. Due to the quick response time and leniency in squeezing my surgery into their busy schedule, I was able to get the wisdom teeth removal scheduled at DFW Oral Surgeons same day. Extremely kind staff, and very helpful in understanding processes and post-surgery recovery for a first time surgery patient. The nurses and surgeon were quick, professional yet amicable, and I am grateful for being able to have been scheduled same day to rid of my problematic wisdom teeth as quickly as possible. While I didn't need it due to a primary dentist, they followed up after the surgery (2 days) since I hadn't called back, and I find the motion to check in after the surgery very respectful. Super big thanks to their team.

From the moment I walked in the door I felt safe and welcomed. I was greeted by a warm smile from Branden at the front desk, who helped me get checked in and let the staff know I was ready. Sara very soon came out to get me and brought me to the back. She was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable and assured me all was going to go well. The rest of the team came in one by one, all with smiles and great energy. Dr. Castillo was sure to keep me updated with step by step of what was happening and repeatedly asked me how I was doing. I cal them a team because that’s exactly what they are, everyone assisted each other to make sure whatever task at hand was complete. With Christmas music in the background and the procedure not taking long at all, this was by far one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had while getting work done! Thank you all so very much for making what I thought was gonna be a pretty rough day, to a great overall experience! I will be referring any and all who need your type of care. I’ll see you again in 3 months ♥️

Everyone was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Their efforts to keep me comfortable and informed throughout the process was much appreciated. Dr. Lim was incredible and made me confident in my decision to have my wisdom teeth removed. I even called with a post op concern and they were able to see me same day! I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for dental work, they truly live up to their motto: “the needs of the patient come first”.

This was the best surgeon and surgical team I have ever worked with. They helped from the moment I came in for preop all the way through the operation and made me feel more comfortable than ever even afterwards later in that day, the surgeon called me just to check in on me.
