My Dr. is Awesome the new office rocks and is much closer to me as I am in Fort Lauderdale. The wait time was less than 5 minutes and they get you in and out but are through and make sure to answer all questions or concerns.
Gave me 80 mgs of a pill I am supposed to get 18 mg of, only didn't end up in the hospital because I noticed it was heavier, I later called the pharmacy who confirmes it was on the doctors end, I did not request a higher dosage

When I first went to my appointment 3 weeks ago, I was told my medication would be sent to the pharmacy, which I know I wrote on my intake paperwork cause I had to Google it. I was also told that someone would call me about my referral. 2 weeks later I finally call (probably should have called sooner but my fault for thinking they were doing thier job and just busy) and they never put my pharmacy in the system which is why I never got my medication and I still hadnt recieve a call about where my referral would go or to schedule an appt.They added my pharmacy and said that they would send the scripts and my referral. I did get a call for the referral which is good. But the pharmacy still never received my scripts. The weekend passed so on my 3rd phone call to this office trying to get my preventative medication, they only send 1 of the 2 scripts, and the one they forget is the preventative! Now on to call 4 and we'll see how it goes....It's not like I wasn't prescribed it cause the doctor wrote it in my visit notes and multiple front desk receptionists confirmed it too. This is people's health your dealing with, if you can't do the job, or don't want to, then you need to move on to the next one.
