Advanced Dermatology

My visit was wonderful! I had a few biopsies done and the staff were incredibly attentive and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I know my follow ups will be just as pleasant! Anne and Julie were fantastic at their jobs and made my visit flawless. I know I have found my new dermatologist team! :) Carrie at the front desk was wonderful and such an angel as well. I highly recommend Advanced Dermatology Arden! 👍

They have no concern nor respect for the patients' experience and time. Are more interested in socializing with each other. I waited over 50 minutes in the exam room and never ended up seeing a provider. I left and they showed no concern. Cannot have children watching children does not work. If you read more reviews you will see this has happened before to others. Beware. Oakview Dermatology is much better and more professional.

Beware of this office if you’re a self pay patient. They’ll give you a balance at the end of your appointment and then charge you additional after the visit. When I had questions about the new balance, no one would answer the phone. Even the representatives in the billing department couldn’t figure out why the office would charge me additionally after I already paid my balance at the end of the appointment. The whole process has been a nightmare and the office just ghosts you. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

I had a couple of great experiences recently with Advanced Dermatology Arden, and specifically with their aesthetician, Destiny Rabon. Destiny took the time to listen to my concerns about my skin. She addressed a couple of issues, gave me a great facial, and introduced me to a new skin care routine that six weeks later has proven very helpful, as I’ve seen great results. I would highly recommend Destiny Rabon and Advanced Dermatology.
