I would give this place 0/5 stars if it allowed me. This facility is a joke. You want continued care once released sorry they dont have "records" of patients in the facility.

I had THE SAME EXACT ISSUE as another person that posted a review!!!! Warning! Be very careful if you take a loved one here. My son was baker acted and taken here to get the help that he desperately needed and instead of conducting a thorough psychiatric evaluation along with the records we provided of previous diagnosis they allowed him to hit a staff member and had him arrested and sent to jail, without any medications or the possibility of getting help!! And then wouldn’t give me ANY information!!! I currently do not know how my son is or what mental state he is in!!! This place is a walking lawsuit waiting to happen!!!!

I thought I had talked to some rude nurses there, but one named Audra took the prize tonight‼️Possibly the rudest I have ever spoken to‼️ These people forget that their patients are human, then they discharge a patient to set them up for failure. Just a few hours after discharge I called to advise the assisted living home they sent someone to, was NOT assisted living‼️ We were charged $1300 for 3 hours in this facility which is simply a big house owned by Chavoita Lesane‼️ This is what the internet says about him: Who is Chavoita LeSane?Chavoita LeSane, 48, who lives in Atlanta, has a criminal record that dates back to 1998. He has reportedly faced civil, domestic relations, and criminal proceedings as many as 61 times, and five of these cases still remain open. LeSane, who is CEO of Florida-based music promotion company ChaVam, earlier helped in negotiating the deal for his father's 2014 memoir 'Black and White: The Way I See It' with publishing house Simon & Schuster.

Im in need i walked in with my mother today. pray that this place helps have no funds, no insurance etc etc. Nor a good paying task twodo, after today's visit i left a bit relief excited a bit scared etc etc. I can make a difference i go for a video chat evaluation Evaluation Thursday.
