a month agoSo this post and rating is specific to the day surgery staff. Robin, Joan and Patty were absolutely amazing and I am so thankful to have them as nurses. I was so petrified about the entire thing (especially the needle part) and they made me so calm and were just generally amazing. I am so thankful I had them as they made the whole experience easy (well as easy as you can for surgery)

2 months agoUnderstaffed is a under statement. I guess the idea was to build it and they will come but it's a state of the art facility with no staff. Best to take the commute to dawson creek, although the hospital there is not pretty the patient care is amazing.

2 months agoThe Worst emergency room ever. If you're going end up waiting all day to get in. So pack yourself for the day. Had to wait 8 hours to get in this time. Other times have spent 10 hours. Avoid hospital Brand new hospital. What a waste.

a month agoFaster to drive to Dawson than wait here. Nobody to register you in emergency, nobody checks on you, overall joke. If this was a business it would go broke with this level of service
