    Called to try and schedule a CT scan and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. I wanted to know the appointment availability to determine if I would proceed to book an appointment (I don't have time to wait). I attempted to explain that my insurance does not require pre-authorization and that I could walk-in, but I could not even complete my sentence before being interrupted and spoken down to like I'm some kind of idiot.I asked a simple question; "What is the next appointment availability for a CT scan?" The question was not answered, and insurance was mentioned. I attempted to explain that my insurance does not require pre-authorization and was treated like an a-hole. The result of this action is that you lost a customer and received a bad review, which will hopefully drive even more customers away from you in the future.
